| Three Days Grace – Just Like You Lyrics

Definatly about parents.
If anyone has ever heard the story of Matilda.. sounds a bit silly, but it is rougly like that.
Abusive, low life parents with lack of interest in their childs welbeing. And it's a harsh way of saying 'fuck you, mom and dad, im better than you and i'l never follow in your footsteps'. |

| Three Days Grace – Wake Up Lyrics

This song is definatly about an abusive male, who treats his girlfriend like dirt, acting as though he never needed her. And finally, when he realises what a dick he's actually been and realises he loves her and needs her, she's gone.
Amazing lyrics. |

| Three Days Grace – (I Hate) Everything About You Lyrics
| 17 years ago
|
This song is quite simple. A love/hate relationship, and the relationship can sway from one end of the scale (love) to the other end (hate) at any given moment. 'every room mate kept awake, by ever sigh and scream we make' suggests the room mate is kept awake by the sounds of them arguing (hate), or having sex (love).
(: love the song. |

| Plain White T's – Breakdown Lyrics

This song is beautifully written and explains how the persona is considering breaking free of the turmoil in their life before they 'break down' by litterally driving away and arn't going to stop until the car 'breaks down'. Also, the situations the persona is describing in the song is actually themself. |

| AFI – Miss Murder Lyrics

I aint sure but i think when it says "dreams of his crash, wont pass.. oh how they all adored him" i think Miss Murder is a sort of representation of death. Death takes lives = Taking a life is classed as MURDER, there for they have called the term death MISS MURDER. It's probably just to do with why do people die like that, and he's asking miss murder ways to stay alive. I dunno, its VERY ambigious. |

I know EXACTLY what this song means! A guy wants to end the relationship with his girlfriend, but can't think of the right words. He's nervous, and when he says "Im gonna wait right here, while everything is adding up" He's NOT gonna tell her until he's got the right words, or he's had it! Haha. x |

| The Feeling – Never Be Lonely Lyrics

I think he's trying to establish the bad aspects a relationship has, but how being lonely is worse! LOL.
But he does 'big up' being in a relationship when he says " People in love get special treatment". I think he means when you've got someone to love you they treat you like royalty, but when your lonley.. nobody does! |

| The Killers – Mr. Brightside Lyrics

By "Coming out of my cage" he means he's got a weight off his chest, he's told this girl he likes her. "It was only a kiss" refers to it being early on in the relationship and he's already protective and paranoid. The song refers to his constant paranoia of her cheating on him with another man. It explains that it is "all in my head" so it is NOT true to reality, its his protective attitude. Also by the words "It's killing me, and taking control" suggests his paranoid thoughts are taking over and he knows it's wrong, but can't help it. Obviously just a theory, but it seems to be the most accurate. =] |

Well, I've listened to this poem over and over and the purpose of it is still very unclear. I think it's to do with, to be blunt, how life is just pointless and we might as well do what we please, "shit, snort and blaspheme". If we killed ourself nobody would care, the world would keep turning and people move on. It's to do with there being no real purpose to life, we just like to think their is "do you serve a purpose, or purposly serve?". . . |
