Anaismty I like your idea. I had never thought of it that way and it actually makes a lot of sense. I think Tatu have such a unique way, their voices sound so innocent, so although a lot of guys are like "hell yeah, lesbians!" i think the relationship is quite sweet, although it is probably faked. I don't know either way so I shall keep out of that particular argument :P |

Surely at some point people have just wanted to say to an ex "hey you know what? I can't believe people are taking what SOAD said at POA seriously. Many MANY bands give an ironic description of the song. If you listen to the song, when the "Psycho, groupie..." bit is said it's very harsh and heavy, but when Serj is singing as if he is talking to someone it is much calmer. He's clearly showing the different sides of drug use, the crazy side when you are actually taking the stuff and the side when you are off it and people are trying to show you why you need to stop, what it's doing to you. Any kids that say "Wooh yeah, this song is glorifying drugs!" is stupid. Actually read the lyrics you search for 8-) |

Why is it that EVERY song I ever see commented has an argument???? As most people have said, it is a song and most people just take them at face value most of the time. However, I can see where deankavanagh1234 is coming from. She has got a lot of money, and she might have seen what that area of London is like, but as someone who lives in an area like that, I don't like it when people think they understand life there when they don't. And as for saying she is sweet, have you ever met her? If you have, I will be prepared to be embarrassed :p |

My friend once said that this band eptomise all those who want to "come out" and say how they really feel but can't. I kinda agree with that, but in the sense that the people have already "come out" as it were. Still, these songs can really help you get in touch with your feelings :) |

Man, there is so much bitchiness on this! People all have their own takes on the meanings of music, and although it may not be the norm, or what it was REAALY about, people often feel better if they have their own ideas, and can realte it to themselves better. I doubt very much that Amy Lee would really give a toss what we think personally, she'd just be happy we actually LIKE her music and I'm sure she wouldn't want people to bitch at each other for it!
