this girl is moving on and he still has feelings but knows what they had is over, and is requesting she stays around at least as friends "don't leave me in the trivia." I think the illusion of sparks and sulfer is a cigarette how do you put a cigarette out? a turn and a twist basically saying naw were done, i dont want to see you around, im done with you all together... just my idea, but i see how turn and a twist also is how she moves |

the first stanza and the second stanza are obvious extremes. The first of a person who is obscenely religious almost to the point where he just does it to causeruin (do you carry it around just to burn things down?). The seconds is not giving a fuck and living wreckless. I think the campaign trail line was a crack at politics using religion as a selling point. |
