I agree with from stars 2 tears because I feel the exact same way when I hear this song. My boyfriend is up at the Air Force Academy and this song reminds me of our relationship. Especially when he sings, "well I didn't mean for this to go as far as it did and I didn't mean to get so close and share what we did and I didn't mean to fall in love, but I did and you didn't mean to love me back but I know you did." This part just takes me back to last year when we met and got closer and closer. I never meant to let it go so far, to get so close, or to share what we did. And I really didn't mean to fall in love with him. But I did, and I wouldn't change it for the world. Also, I'd do anything to have him home for "one more chance tonight." Finally, the lyric where he says that everything in his room reminds him of his "inspiration" makes me think of my boyfriend because everything in my room reminds me of something we did together, something we laughed at together, or just him in general. |
