This song was hell to find. I heard it on the radio today and I was hooked on the catchy riffs. I thought it sounded Nickelback-y, so I did a search and found nothing. So I eventually turned to Google. I searched the only three words of the lyrics I could remember and I found it. Anyways, I think this would be a great song to draw a scene of. I love the lyrics, especially the verses. Great song. |

| No offense to screaming fans, but the chorus kinda gets on my nerves. But the ends of the first two verses are simply amazing, as in, the notes he ends on. For example, when Bert sings "I'm not in love, you know it's not love," that last word is just so full of emotion. Did anyone else catch that, or have I been sniffing too many Sharpies? | |

I'm not quite sure what it means, but this song gives me the feeling of just being alive. The lyrics I suppose have nothing to do with it, but the music does. It's like, it gives me the message that life is tough and people are mean, but it's meant to be that way. You just have to keep going through it and working at your dreams and goals. Both the future and the past may be bleak, but nothing matters but now and what you do with it. I listened to this song over and over again during a time in my life when I was completely lost and just full of negative emotions. Basically, this song somehow inspired me to look past all the problems and keep going. I know this might sound like something comepletely irrelevent and corny and just plain weird, but it's some of the most honest words I've typed in my life. |
