Plankeye – Who Loves You More? Lyrics 19 years ago
We must surrender all to Christ. If we are to take up our cross and follow Him, we must be willing to make whatever sacrifices in our lives that requires. All our earthly desires are rubbish compared to Christ so this should not be hard, except for the temptations of the flesh and the distractions of this world that keep us from seeing the true worth and value of giving all in order to keep Christ.

Plankeye – Whisper To Me Lyrics 19 years ago
These lines are written as though Christ were speaking them to him to remind him that He is right there with him:
"you are a son of grace, you are a new born saint
you are a chosen temple for Me to rest My Name
I hung there crucified, I lived and died and lived again
I saw eternity collide to bring you to Me."

The opening line to me speaks to those situations where we think we don't do a good job of sharing the gospel with others or do something wrong that gives a bad example. God works in spite of our mistakes. He is powerful to save.

Plankeye – Push Me Down(veiled) Lyrics 19 years ago
A very weighty song as though one is standing before the cross, recognizing the utter depravity of man that he would crucify the One sent to save him, and recognizing how small the glimpse we see of Christ this side of eternity. Perhaps a longing to be with Christ.

A song of praise and celebration!

Plankeye – Dichotomy Lyrics 19 years ago
A song where the first half is about the life-changing event that is salvation and the second half is about living as a Christian struggling against sin (the dirt in one's life that they no longer desire but that when they fall into it, it makes them sick and they repent of it and turn away from it).

My understanding is it was written in thanksgiving to God about his young daughter.
