| To me, this is clearly a love song for his wife. The second verse makes it pretty clear, as his wife's parents were killed when she was young. I think this song didn't make the record becase, as Rocky once said in an interview that he likes his songs to walk a fine line between fact and fiction. I feel like this song may have been too overtly personal. | |
