its more about an unwanted pregnancy than abortion.. explaining how she has sex and doesnt even think anything of the concequences.. and she's late on her period but thinks everything will be ok. This song is a top 5 for me and meant alot at one point. To me, It is about someone who has cheated or made some sort of mistake and is regretting it because they still love the other: "what i am to you, is not what you mean to me" Also the fact that they would go to any lengths to get the other back but nothing will make up for the mistake: "so give me miles and miles of mountains and i'll ask for the sea" |
