Maybe the "speaker" indicates the all the parts that aren't spoken by the female child. i.e. at the beginning "I'm sorry. I didn't mean it. I'll be good, I'm gonna kill you, I'm gonna blow your head off like Raspberry Jam." and when the parents are talking to the child, they refer to the kid as "she"

I love this song. It's the ending song of Fatal Frame 2 Crimson Butterfly she also does the ending theme to Fatal Frame 3 The Tourmented it's called Koe (Voice). She is a really talented singer in my opinion, I want to buy some of her CDs.
