First of all, "versus terminus" is latin indeed, but versus doesn´t mean "against" or "vs" in this context, in reality it means "all" "comlete". "Versus" Terminus is a 100% translation of the former english title of the song (end of all things"). Now to the meaning: I think it´s about how wrong it can be to fight for your rights all the time and forget about your ideals and the true reason why you started fighting at all. We should more focus on the bright spots in life as long as we can, instead to fight all the time. |

| I love this song, clearly one of my IF favourites! I think it´s about how you can learn from the bad moments in life, when you ask yourself who you are and how you became who you are. It also shows how to use those moments to grow and to use the mistakes you made as an experience. | |

Awesome song, maybe it´s about a past relationship which went wrong and now he feels guilty cause he had only focussed on his own advantage and didn´t really care about the partner´s needs. Now that he looks back he sees what he did and wants to change the past, begs for a second chance and wants his old life back. |

In my opinion nobody should be judged cause of his interpretation of the song, it´s up to you what you think about it and what you see in the lyrics. I Nontheless I consider the meaning of these lyrics is something deeper than vampire or fantasy stuff. It could be about regret of somebody who went too far and now realizes that he has done something wrong. Oh and by the way sry if I made some grammar or voc mistakes, it´s my first comment and my english´s not the best ;P. |
