I've never understood the last line but you made it so much clearer. I know Floyd doesn't write about drug use so I was really thinking I was wrong when all I could think or was a drug reference. Thanks |

I believe that this song is about Gilmour wanting to put the beef that is between Waters and the rest of PF behind them, or at leas knowing he should but doesn't. |

I am not sure, but I think it may have something to do with receiving road head. I mean, the lyrics in the verses: I mean, he says I know their watching, their talking. Like people driving next to them can see whats happening. Then he goes on to say "IN the dark of the ally, break of the day, the Head while Im driving..." It is almost creepy how much it sould ike it when you link the two. "soft lips are open"...duh.. "Knuckles are pale" griping the steering wheel tight due to orgasm. "Feels like your dying" the intensity of the act... I can go on and on. I dont mean to sound all nasty, but I am convinced that this song (which I love by the way) is about getting road head. What do you think??
