Here's what he said about it in an inteview: In the glitchy, Gorillaz-style track "Sunday Morning," k-os reveals that he does his share of partying, but the outspoken bachelor still looks back fondly at a time when Sunday mornings meant something more. "Sunday morning was always about church and food and family. Then I moved down to Toronto and Sunday morning became about Advil gelcaps," he says with a laugh. "This song is about an individual who realizes how sacred Sunday morning used to be and he can't wait until Sunday morning is something that helps him out instead of a day of rest.
