Hey, I actually think that its about a space monkey... Humans are called monkeys. "An increasing population of 100 percent". I think that the monkey is going to populate other parts of the galaxy. "Raising the temperature 100 degrees" I think that this is to do with global warming, one theroy is that the govt isdoing more about the space station so that they will be able to save the human race after global warming. "Talk of the town with a Columbian walk" Dosnt anybody remember the columbian space station crash. I do i was in a 5 star hotel before i started my year 9, scary. I think its about humans in space and stuff like that, read up on it its kinda cool, i did after i brought this album and Wikipedia says that its actually possible for humans to live in space, sperm banks are needed though. i think that this song i sabout going to war too, i mean it makes sence, and yeah not all SOAD songs are about going to war but that first dude had tha right idea cuz it leads into Solder Side. | Communism I the New Black, in past generations most people were scared of it, I asked my dad what he thinks of Communism, and he thinks of it, he HATES it man, and hes what we call in Australia a Bogan, my grandmother before she Immigrated to Australia from Ireland worked in a Linen Press and she wored with a Lesbian Couple, anyway every one called them communests due to them being Gay. I think that there Mythologys are outdated and that we use communist countries, China makes all our stuff, ever heard of Cubin Cigars I have, I think the Terrorists are the US, look at Iraq are they any happier now, soon enough we will go into Iran, some dude on TV said that Bush was trying to take over the Gulf for Mother Oil and Father Coal. We have more to worry about at this time in the Mellenium due to Inductrial Revolution, and Capatalism, the tides are increasing at an allarming rate, and noone is doing anything about it, our sociaty is Materialistic, I think that the true core of this song is Talking aobut Materialism, it even says so "Was fashion the reason why they were there?" but I think that China has become more Materialistic and Capatalistic as time has progressed, the italians are complaning that they dont have enough workers to make all the italian silk suits made for the Chinese business men. But at the same time the Chinese ambasidor to the UN says that his country cares more about its borders (regarding Taiwan) than its own people. All I can say is that there is not one corner of this world that is not Capatalistic, unless you go to a Hippy Farm that is Self Sufficiant.
