I like the song. I can't personally decide if it's about God or a girl. Alot of Relient K's songs can swing either way.
I also wanted to point out the oxymoronic-ness of woyloyboog's comment. A nice paraphrase would be "I'm a Christian, but I'm gonna swear now." To me that makes no sense. |

I kinda agree with djhtjl. This song definetly seems like it could be about God... although that wouldn't fit some of the band's other songs (having that sort of faith that is). But I definetly think it could work. |

I think although this song could be about a war, most likely world war two if it is specific to a war, it could also be a metaphor. Now maybe I'm reading too much into it but they could be saying that we all have troubles and comparing them to war (like a loved one dying) and that he'll be a distraction from the "war" for who ever the song is for. |
