Agh. I guess I do have more. I forgot to mention that if you watch the DVD's, and/or the "Trashed, Lost & Strungout in Helsinki" video on the Trashed, Lost & Strungout EP, you'll see that Alexi actually has some pretty decent English speaking skills. Henkka and Jaska are pretty hilariously not very good at English, though. Roope and Janne aren't bad, but certainly aren't English majors. |

It's difficult to find the meaning of lyrics when they're wrong. I don't know what they are, as these lyrics aren't officially available, but it's pretty easy to tell they're wrong just by listening to the song.
At any rate. It is unfair to compare Blink 182 and Children of Bodom. Completely different genres, completely different writing styles. If you don't like something, don't listen to it--that's all I have to say. |

This song is indeed amazing, and my personal favorite. I think UnraisedMetal hit it on the head, although it's not that difficult to figure out.
It is, as a lot of Alexi's songs are, about being cast out and forgotten. I doubt he's very lonely being in one of the world's current biggest metal acts, though. Damn good writer at least. |
