this is such a intence song. i agree with a lot of people, how they said it reminded them of the virgin suicides. this song leaves you breathless. haunting & powerful as it is, you can't eat it with a spoon, you have to keep eating in order to finish understanding it. it's soooooo powerful. i cried when i first heard this. it's obviously about some molestation of some sort. it gives you this low & disgusting feeling in your stomach, makes you want to puke it out. this part left me with my eyes wide open & my jaw on the floor, ' you should look more like us, ' he's talking about the arrogant & ignorant minds people have, it makes me sick. i love bright eyes, this is amazing. amazing, so beautiful. |
