| Definitely "Frisco Bay". (Also, just to be picky, why is this song title not capitalised correctly?) | |

Why does nobody here just accept that even though all of these things are not miracles by a scientific definition, they are all still pretty amazing. Take a step back and think about the incredible nature of our world, whether you belive it's a miracle or not doesn't matter and that's not the point. It is still mind-blowing to think of how our planet has come together to be what it is. I will concede that the line about scientists is ignorant and insulting and I think it ruins an otherwise quite cool song. I like the song as a whole, that's just my personal opinion and I don't mind if other people don't like it. Oh, and it is "Frisco Bay", you can see San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge in the background of the music video. |

| The last three lines of the lyrics provided here are part of the lyrics for Hotride, not Girls. | |
| The Everly Brothers – Bye Bye Love Lyrics | 17 years ago |
|
There goes my baby with someone new She sure looks happy, I sure am blue Those two lines pretty much sum up the song, a girl breaks up with the singer to be with someone else. I do like how this song doesn't make the girl out to be a bad person or anything like that, it's just expressing how upsetting it is to lose someone and then see them with somebody else. |

nadine: I wouldn't call this rubbish myself, each to their own but I think this is one of the best songs on the album. In Silico is a great album. It's a shame Pendulum don't release official lyrics on their website or in the album booklet. |

This is the most played song on my computer, what does that say about my relationship history? :P Seriously, this song speaks worlds to me when I need it, and will forever remind me of that special someone, but it's time to move on. (Isn't it funny how songs like this make strangers post their inner-most feelings on a public board for all to see) |

| John Leyton – Johnny Remember Me Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| Best guess: The man is singing about his true love, who by the sounds of it died a year ago. | |
| The Offspring – Takes Me Nowhere Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| This could apply to any shameful habit that you know you should break free of, but can't. Drugs and alcohol are probably the big ones. | |
| The Offspring – Stuff Is Messed Up Lyrics | 17 years ago |

I think the title says it all. Commenting on how ridiculous certain aspects of our culture really are. It's incredibly hard to keep up with the fast paced part, lots of fun though. |

| Pendulum – Showdown Lyrics | 17 years ago |

"But you never told me to my face" must be right. Not certain about the rest of it. Hopefully the official lyrics turn up on the site (Unless they're in the album booklet, I need to check that). Is there a chance that this song is aimed directly at the fans? Sounds like they're apologising for how long it was between albums. |

I'm with xedajx on this one, some of these don't sound quite right. Current: But I can't sleep from the big system. Sounds like: But we can't sleep until this is done. Current: Where we'll drag you... Sounds like: We will drag you... And "the shift" just sounds like "the shit", but shift is probably right. |

| Pendulum – Propane Nightmares Lyrics | 17 years ago |

Almost sounds like someone is trying to save a woman from a bad lifestyle situation. Not entirely sure though. And is it just me, or does the intro remind anyone else of Danger Mouse? Anyone? Just me? |

| Des'ree – Crazy Maze Lyrics | 19 years ago |

Seems to be a song about trying to find yourself in the hectic world we live in today. I have a personal liking to this song because I heard it when I had to make a large life decision. (It's also played in the film "Nothing to lose", which makes sense considering the lyrics in the second verse) |
