I thought it shows the sight of a dying god. He dies cause nobody believes in him. In the end-part of the song he sings "swallow every blasphemy" (blasphemy=disrespecting of a god) and that doesn't make sense to what matt said about this song. Or he abuses god then would it make sense. |

I think bulldozer is primery an anthem cause its the opener of the album. secondary "bulldozer" is a metaphor for strenght, and the lyrics say that their fire is still burning like it ever was and it ever will be >>"the more evolving changes the more we stay the same" |

I think the songs just about suicide. in the first part it is about the last day in the life of a person, in the second part he writes about how he commits suicide. In the first line: "I see the sun begin to rise" - a persen who wants to end his life watches the sun rise in the last day of his life/enjoys the last sunrise. "Caress the needle prick in my skin" he gives himself a deadly injection "the light of suicide"-speaks for itself "these scars need to heal over" -they can only heal after his death |
