i thought the doll house part was about innocence. after all, he won't let the psychos around. as for the beginning of the song, i wouldn't dare read into any of it too deeply. it seems to be light, somewhat satirical, and vaguely honest. the rose is in his teeth, and all the wine is for him. |

oh, man. i noticed that i had this album on the computer in my office, so i came home and decided to listen to it. it perfectly characterizes my current situation. the mood of the song and all! so beautiful! now, if i put it on a mix for her, hopefully she won't take it too hard that she's a pessimist and it's hard for me to take risks. sorry to turn this site into my own personal blog. :o |
