This was Whitney's first professional song, so it always meant alot to me. I also found it interesting that she was never really credited with singing this song, due to her age at the time. Teddy Pendergrass was the credited musican. A lovely song that made me always think of the love of my life, my ex wife. |

I hate Nickelback but this song i like for the simple fact it is telling me something.....I think this song was tellin me to leave my girlfriend behind me (leave this life behind me) if this one girl would say to be with her (say it for me) because i was with this girl when i first heard the song and it sent me in the right direction. |
