i totaly agree with prayingmantis84, this song sticks out to me as a love song, sure, it could have other meanings, but it screams, to be blunt, car sex, to me. theres nothing wrong, like prayingmantis84 said, with songs about sex, they just have to be meaningfull. |

i think that any song can be taken any particular way, whether you think its about god or a girl, it dosent matter so much as the quality of the song does. i, am not a religous person, but i still enjoy lifehouse verry mutch. i happen to agree with pretty-in-punk, for that is what comes to my mind when i hear this song. |

personaly, when i first heard this song, i thought of the teen-parent feud aspect of it. i can see how it would fit for BF-GF aspect, but i think it was tailored with the teenage aspect. theres plenty of reasons why that would be. for one, as many have stated,
"I can hardly wait to leave this place" means that the person realy wants to leave, but cant. in a BF-GF relationship, obviousley, they would just leave, but asd far aas a teenager goes, its kinda hard to leave, and most teens, if they want out, they say they cant wait to leave. Another part that screans teen parent feud is "No matter how hard I try
You're never satisfied" From my experiences, thats how alot of teens feel, they try and try, but the parents arent satisfied. thats my personal oppinion on this song. i would also like to know what ppl think the video is about. i cant seem to figure it out. |

I love this song, its so dark, probably one of their darker ones. As far as the meaning goes, i think its pretty close to straight forward. |
