Ok, let me clear this all up for you. Listen carefully. As you well know, the song after this is "Document:GraceBudd," which is the letter Albert Fish wrote about murdering a little girl named Grace Budd. If you know anything about Albert Fish, you'll know he killed many other little children and stuck pins in himself, as well as other things, as punishment. The hook here is that he believed he was instructed by God to do these things, therefore making him a prophet. So the lyrics are all about him "sacrificing children" for God, and then later punishing himself. And this is one of the songs that makes me believe the entire album is a concept album about Albert Fish. Yep. Makes Sense! |

If you are calling this "creative" then you are complimenting a creepy serial killer, not the singer. Albert Fish wrote this to Grace Budd's parents in the 30's. Quite a famous letter, and this is just the end of it. The entire thing, and info about ol' Bertie: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Fish If you look at the album art, and other songs lyrics, I believe the entire album is actually a concept album about Albert Fish. |
