Jason Lytle said this was about a couple of X girl friends who coinsidently had middle a middle name of Louise and whose mother hated him. He booked a room for him and one of them when he was 16 and her mother found out....hence "Shacked up at Modesto Inn And all of a sudden your mom crashed". Great song, great band but looking forward to the solo stuff to. |
