"She's still the only one besides my dad who's ever said I love you Creedence." God, I love that line. This song is brilliant. Amazing lyrics. I agree that Creedence is a guy, however the line "We laughed like we were Queens." sort of hints that Creedence is a female. I'm really not sure though, since it sounds like it's from a guy perspective. Although it could be about losing a close friend to someone else, namely the opposite sex. |
