tom petty had no righ to sue the red hot chilli peppers. tom petty totally ripped off the jayhawks on this song. listen to the jayhawk's song "waiting for the sun" and you'll know what i mean. the bad part about this is taht tom petty was on tour with the jayhakws before he mad mary jane's last dance. you're telling me he didn't hear "waiting for the sun" by the jayhawks? that's such bull. as talented as tom petty is, he acts like he is some god and that no one can rip off his song last dance, tom petty is a theif. |
