I actually had Sound Hound identify the song as I was listening to it and it shows the lyrics and followed along with the song. It actually says its "Too vague, too vague but you can't resolve the past right now" Just thought that was interesting. |

This song is definitely about war...people need to get their heads out of the gutter and think that all songs are about a guy and a girl and break ups. Its obvious that its about war.
The first part is obviously about a bomb or missile hititng a building with dust falling and destorying people's lives.
Then she gives people's reactions. Much of the song is about how politicians dont really care about the lives they destroy for their own gain. She comments on the human disconnect of war and how it shows that politicians only see dollar signs and not humans. |

I like to call Avril Lavigne "Corporate Punk." She is just a puppet of record labels who are trying to make a quick buck off the whole punk rock/emo scence that is so "in" today. Calling her the princess of punk just because she wears clothes that look like something someone who was into punk rock would wear doesnt make her such. Its time to stop throwing labels on people are clearly nothing like what we are calling them. She is just a pop rock girl who made it big because people were getting tired of Brittney Spears. |
