I think he's with a girl who is a prostitute, he phones her to tell her he's thinking about her but she's on the game.
"It's evening for you" - maybe it's not actually the evening, but it is for her because she's 'at work' in a hotel. The word 'evening' could be a reference to prostitutes notoriously working at night.
You only go around, meaning she's going from man to man.
Amsterdam could be where he first met her, 'never knew you so well' - he could be refering to the amount of different things they tried(!) Either that or it's the time which he hold fondest to him, the memories of what went on in Amsterdam - seeing a flying piano and sharing a joke about it.
'I'm such a nice man to you but so obscene' - again, probably the things he got up to in Amsterdam when he never knew her so well!!
The Jackie big tits bit is one i'd love to understand. I think Jackie isn't this girl, but her friend. He's begging her not to stir anything up or rock the boat. She speaks her mind which aggitates him.
