Man,I think the interpretation is really good,I thought it was a conversation with someone who has betried him,a friend turned to an enemy,dark emotions, helplessness, hopelessness, weakness, lost struggle. But I didn't actually knew about the drugs ,so I think this interpretation is very good. |

Black metal is right...The same song performed by Dana's brother (I think it was Richie ) is amazing... "Bleed" is dedicated to Dana's murder and when his brother sings about this tragedy you can understand the message of the song better. |

a kid that just wants to stay away from this fuckin world and all the shit, that creats a his own world.doesn't want to show up,but can't stand this Loneliness anymore.Although he has chosen this kind of life by himself,he realizes he can't run away forever and wants somebody next to him (go away but please don't stray too far).The kid does not want sympathy and still noone can't understand him ,couse the grownups find him just a "good boy".And a part of the meaning is the idea about the wasted life("open your heart im beating right here/open your mind im being right here").It's an honest song. |

yeah,it's great...and it's realy common with "sad but true"...however the song (in my opinion) is how man posses self-destructive nature but still can't realize it, can't even live with himself. The song "All in your head" has also this kind of meaning. |
