"you and me...i can see us dying...are we?" amazing line. its like "i can see us going nowhere and letting go of each other, are we?" i love this no doubt. and ive always loved gwen. i think that its a mixture of the two things: tony and gwens break up and all of gwens attention and the band not getting enough. i honestly think that they all knew gwen was going somewhere and they weren't though...hm. just my opinion. i do love this song though |

ok so..my opinion. rihanna can't sing slow songs. shes fine on pon de replay. lol did yall know christina milian was originally supposed to sing this song? i think she would have done a better job personally. but THE SONG. i like it alot lyrically. im glad someone has sung a song about a GIRL being unfaithful, cause its prevalent. everywhere. ive never cheated on my boyfriend, but sometimes its SO hard not too. and you know they know but they stay..and you know its hurting them. boo for rihanna yayyy for the song. |

i love this song. "ME TOO!" hahaha, thats happened so many times in my life. clipse/pharell (REPPIN' VA BEACH!) is just saying, guys, you can say 'me too' but at least my shits better. the end. |

guys. i think you're analyzing this song WAYY too much. i think its about a REAL funeral. for his GIRLFRIEND. and yes it could entail relationships and depression but there is actually a funeral going on for his gf. this song makes me so sad inside. like all the emotions going on in this song.. ..its so complex. i love it. i can only imagine like having this profound childhood love and then my gf/bf DIES. like could you imagine what you would be thinking? like 1000 different things at once. this song is seriously amazing. period. |

i'd have to agree with you all. and i think that its a tie between "dressed for friend requests" and "the show must go on" for MOST POPULAR DDG SONGS. haha. like we're keeping track? its a gorgeous song. one of my favorites. i think its about love in general. and how it always starts off amazingly wonderful..and it usually ends bad. usually. and in all ddg songs it ends bad haha. |

so, I can totally relate to this song! i was just in a semi-relationship that i knew there was other girls (there had to be!) and i would lie in his bed and wonder to myself, who had been there before me?? but i continued to see him and stay with him, it was crazy. i KNEW i deserved better. thank god im out of that relationship now!! this whole is just about the fact that no matter what he was put through, he stayed and continues to stay. and that she knows exactly what shes doing to him but does it anyways cause its convenient. great song. most def. |
