Sunnyhill is right, it's 'snake eyes on a pair of dice'
The song isn't really about anything, they just wrote it. I feel like it's a song that turned out, like fiascodagama said, getting away :) |

also, it's "Colour ah la Toulouse", is in, she's coloured like someone from Toulouse. not "got a whole lot to lose" or "not a moment to lose" (source: http://www.dragononline.com.au/dragon/are-you-old-enough.html)
and it's also "moondog blues" :) |

2 comments, wtf? How awesome is the brass in the 3rd verse?
"Laughing at the truth, 'cos Gough was tough till he hit the rough"
Is Gough Whitlam, he was tough till things went to shit at the end of his time as PM. He's still a tough old bloke, mind you ;) |

No comments on another great Aussie song!
I love "Strategically positioned, before the midday show, the back is arched, those lips are parched repeated blow by blow"
I think we all know what it's about ;) |

I think it's about a man comforting a woman through her pain. I look at it a few different ways - that he's cheated on her, 'falling at her feet' is his begging for forgiveness. Or that someone else has hurt her, and she's opening up to him.
I like the second one, it reminds me of how my bloke helped me through the time after my brother died. |

Again, a great song with so few responses. I think it's about a man comforting a woman. I feel like '
The finger of blame has turned upon itself' is about her blaming herself. This song makes me think about how my man's always been there for me. |

Also my favourite song, regardless of it's meaning or my mood, I'll belt this one out everytime I hear it. Aussie pub rock at it's finest. |

One of the greatest come back songs ever. I feel like it's about a relationship that's not meant to be, expecially when Marc sings 'Fooling with thunder, every time we start' and 'Isn't it a wonder we fall apart'
Regardless, a great song. Wonderful to belt out at the pub with your mates, too. |
