I think this is Jerry feeling regret over the fact that he was meant to have alphabet. alphabets follow a simmilar pattern to the previous albums, i.e mostly fantastical and telling a story of some kind, but as he is distracted by his memories of lizzy g (the tracks from absolutes to alibis are all about her), he has run out of time to tell the rest of the stories: "Theres a million other things I'd like to say, But theres not enough letters in my alphabet today" ALso, MOST AMAZINGLY AWESOME ALLITERATION EVER. See, i could only manage three. |

Easily my favourite song in the album. It's mostly to do with Jerry coming to terms with, and accepting, the end of his relationship with lizzy g, hence beginning the end to the interlude of Jerry's memories of lizzy |
