Well, I think this song is about the war (how original of me, I know..) and how the soldires are practically killing themselves. The digging deeper could refer to trenches (which is actually mentioned) or it could mean that they're digging themselves into a war in which will ultimatly be a waste in the end "just to throw it away". I could go on, but it's a waste of time. You can put the rest of the lyrics in their places. |

WHAT!?!? I'm the onle comment here! This is one of my top 5 favorite songs! Anarchy Club's not too great, but this is a master piece. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU HATERS!!! LOL, just kidding 'bout that, but this is a great song.
ANY WAYS.... I think this is about life and how cold and lonely it is. Or at least that's the way the singer feels in this song. They're saying that everything seems better ("brighter")in other peoples eyes. I'm not too sure if he's saying they have more faith or if he thinks their life is better.
Ultimately, I think it's about him just living life (living my life in the dream) and dying. Where life is just some dream. The passage of time never stops flowing, then death comes. This is the flash of light and the transition between worlds (life and death) collide for a brief moment. This happens to everyone, we will all be dead at some point. It's you and I. |

I don't normaly do this, but MORONS! What the fuck is wrong with all of you!? Why is it that almost everyone says that almost all of the greatest rock bands are about a girl. Honestly! Am I the only one that sees BBs crazyness? In almost all of their songs, he sounds like he's fighting with his own mind and he keeps switching between moods. How he changes from "your life" to "my life" and especialy when he syncronizes his foice over himself support this theory. Other great songs like Until the End and Breakdown are other good examples of how he's struggling with himself. |

WHAT!?!? Nobody likes this song? This is my favorite Big n Rich song, and I like them alot already! Anyways, as for the meaning....I think it might be about a bad break-up with someone he loves. "It gets a little more shattered each day" This proves that it's about something that lasts, not a fight or car crash(which I originally thought LOL). It's kind of sad how the portray it. "I'm Breaking in slow motion" They fit me so well, and alot of other people who lost someone they can't seem to forget about, but that was their intended purpouse. |

I really don't think all of their songs are about a girl(s). I really don't want to admit it, but this song, in particular, seems to actualy be about video games. It's a good possibility, seince Ben is considered a "Gamer". Think about the lyrics, everything fits.

(they're still kick-ass) Well, this is most likely about a depresssed person (maybe depressed is an over-statement, but you get the idea) His girlfriend just dumped him, and it seems how it seems that nobody realizes his problems(Nobody knows my true indentity.
