Given James story with his family I think this is something he is telling God. In the part he says" "never cared for what they do never cared for what they know" [This can be the to the strict religious cult home he grew upin] "but I know" [This is like, but I know the REAL God kind of deal]" Also, the part that says "trust I seek and I find in you" resemble the Bible verse from Jeremiah 29:13 "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart" It also matches the opening verse "So close no matter how far couldn't be much more from the HEART" It also fits << Matthew 7:7 >> "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." |

is songs talks deeply to me. It's about working for Corporate America, an office with no windows, where most of the dreams are killed for our greed $$$, where there are fake fluorescent skies. For me this song talks about following the dreams god has put in our hearts, to don't stop longing for them even if you are still sitting in your cubicle. To nurture them, to never lose the "key you are holding" that is moving you from the inside and tells you that there's something more. That if you keep holding into Faith, Hope and LOVE, you will see the daylight, that will get rid of the grey that suffocates your soul It's about not losing that hope for a better tomorrow. |

This song is talking about abortion. The first part talks from the point of view of the baby, How he can hear everything and how he he feels before he gets killed. The second part talks about either the doctor or the the mother (most probably the mother), where she tries to justifies what she did, but realizing how in fact she became murderer, "just to save herself". She then questions, "how can god show mercy how us merciless to them?" She regrets what she did, realizing she did the worst option. But she feels unforgiven, and that the mercy of God is unavailable since she "was merciless to them..." The last paragraph it's a speech given by Rich Nathan, in which he emphasizes that in fact, if she came to God and ask for forgiveness, she was indeed and truly forgiven. After getting in touch with God's grace, your are truly transformed and your past shouldn't haunt u anymore after repenting from it. |
