this song is proberbly one of the easyest to work out its the writer saying everything that miss erica court did by cheating on him, so he is making claudio(kilgannon) pay for it, he is taking everything bad in his life out on charactors in the story. this is a theory but maybe hes going to kill off ambellina so claudio suffers the pain he did when he found out miss erica court cheated on him |

And lost my part as the revelant piece in this i think hes saying that inferno (jesse) is the one that needs watching over. because three evils is the song before this on the album KSSE:3 and three evils is about jesse's torture and death, so maybe he knows whats going on in his head |
