basically i think this song is about How we are running, searching for something to fill that hole in us, and the whole time God is chasing after us. and when we finally found what we are looking for to complete us (which is God), we realize we've been searching after Him the whole time. (the music video helps to portray that) oh and they may have decided to use the video as a metaphor. blindside is a well developed band with a lot of deep lyrics. i'm not saying what the video is supposed to mean, but it would make sense that they were going for something deeper than a boy chasing a girl |
