i love led zeppelin just as much as the next guy, and i still think this song is awesome,I think Diddy did a god job with the lyrics as well. and why would Jimmy page not want to do it. Is it such a terrible thing to take an old song, and mix it up a little bit? And people need to learn how to accept the fact thats there is more than one genre of music in the world |

Handicapable, what you are saying makes no sense, you say you loved their funk stuff, but on this album they have, Charlie, Get on Top, and warlocks, all f which are funk style songs. And s what if they changed to slower more mellow stuff, at least their not sellin out to the whole EMO scene, tryin to sell their albums to nuthin but sad 14 year old girls. If they stayed the same forever it would get boring, or they would turn out like Metallica did with St. Anger. Anyways, great song with a couple awesome solos. |

I believe it could be about God or Jesus pssibly, it does make references to someone who i interpret to b gd, like "Look at me who could raise you
Face in the sand" I think that sort of refers to a godly character. But at the same time there is alt f stuff pointing to the song being about his father. He makes a reference to him being "only a man" and about "forgiving him" saying hes only human and everybody makes mistakes and hes now forgiving him. Just the way i see it -Gentry |

this song is amazing, i heard it on a Madden game a few years ago and forgot about it, but a friend was listening to it the other day and i heard it and i'm hooked. Its pretty cool how they are able to make all these references to the Bible. |
