"All I do is kiss you through the bars of Orion Julie I'd do the stars with you any time" These lyrics are correct - I have just checked on Mark Knopfler official website and the lyrics are posted in this website are as listed above. The bars of orion refer to orions belt which is a star constellation. So to all those claiming this line is incorrect or makes no sense refer to the following line in the verse. And it makes perfect sense. |

I always thought it was a social commentary in regards to the influx on gun crime occuring in the Liverpool area at the time she wrote it in (92). Due to gang related crime and shootings there were in the area that people wouldnt venture into. And the fear instilled in everday people on the surround areas | |

| Love or hate Limp BIzkit- I wouldnt be here without this song, that how much it means to me. After a really, really bad break up, I became a recluse for a couple of years and was contemplating being a pathetic loser by slashing my wrists - Then I heard this song, and it essentially slapped me in the face through the darkness of mourning and death vision that was consuming me and woke me up.
