i love the openning...me being in a band that hasnt played any shows,i will listen to this song right before i head onto the stage and it gets me fired up and willing to throw myself into the crowd.sonny is a fucking god..every songwriter reads the lyrics to this song and relates.they all just want to stand at the end of that stage and scream every fucking words they have inside them. the "fill these 50 persons with a purpose, but don't just give it away inspiration isn't cheap these days, you better make them earn it" part is so right on.......the energy at a really good concert is like an endless cycle.the band plays kick ass music,the kids get riled up and wanting more and giving the band energy,theb and plays hard wwith everything they have in their bodies as if they have nothing else,the crowd feeds off that and go crazy,the band kicks harder ass and so on, and so on. |
