It's official. KoRn's FANS have sold out. This and Take a Look in the Mirror are my favorite albums. But almost every single korn fan would disagree with me. I'm basically studying korn right now. I'm trying to find patterns in their music, and seeing if I can link everything together. Well, half the reason I listen to korn is because I can greatly relate, the other half is because some of their songs just have amazing rythym, and it's just a flat out awesome band. |

Agh, people have so many different meanings, I don't know what to go with! I'm just gonna go with lacerated dreams's explanation. P.S. I hate being one of the idiots who bought greatest hits vol. 1....I was rather stupid until I turned 13, then I just realized that I've been wasting all these years not listening to music, and a million people recommended me korn. I've been obsessed with music ever since. So that's just a warning to all you preteens out there discovering the wonders of korn and music, DON'T GET GREATEST HITS VOL. 1!!! THERE AREN'T ANY SWEARS IN IT!!! It was torture listening to john saying "suck that" rather than "fuck that" in ya'll want a single!!! Only recently did I buy the album versions online. |

The one thing I absolutely LOVE about KoRn fans is that they all have completely different views and opinions with KoRn's music. I absolutely love it. Some people find this song a disappointment, some find this a revival, 3 years ago that is. It amazes me. KoRn surpasses being unique in almost every way. Go KoRn!!! (By the way, I love this song. a lot.) |

Ah, that sucks, what death by catapult said. I don't know that much about beastie boys, I just loved this song with great intensity, but now that I'm hearing what death by catapult...eegh. I actually don't really like beastie boys, I just deeply love this song. |

This song reminds me EXACTLY of me. My attitude, voice, everything would change when I was talking to different people. I sort of had a group of friends, but finally realized that they aren't like me, so I threw them away. I'm always trying to find myself, but when you have Major Depressive Disorder like I do, you can barely think, and so I'm just stuck. When he's saying "waste all your time with me, I know I'm a mess right now, but don't give up and leave, I'd wait it out for you", he's reminding me of how I only have one person who understands me, and sometimes my disorder makes me think that she doesn't care about me when she deeply does, and then I get moody and she just says she has to leave, but then we apologize to each other later, and she says she isn't gonna let me go. So I'm just waiting for the depression to go away, and when I get all moody, it scares me because I think that she might give up and leave. |

In the beginning it sounds like he's attempting to hang himself...or maybe somebody hung him? And then he's bleeding, and he's waiting for this life to be whole...and hmmm....To me, this sounds like he's a black slave. He's bleeding and being hung, and he's waiting for this life to be whole, because being a slave is pretty much torture. And then it's a "fantasy" for the white people. There isn't much evidence for what this song is about, but to me it's just about slavery. |

To me (because this is the situation I'm in right now) he's just stressing everyone out, and he's not trying to, and he's actually trying to do the opposite. "He's failed". But he's an extremely loyal person. He's saying right now that he's stripped away the failed person and now he just wants another chance. That's just general, I could go into more detail of what it means to me, and how there are some details not listed in the song that fit in with my story completely, but I don't need to tell you my personal life, now do I? |

I think this song is mostly about bringing back old school metal, but I personally think it's about bringing metal out as a whole, because sure, if you look online you'll find trillions of metal fans, but I mean come on...just look at what most of the idiots of the world are listening to today....Pop punk, pop, dance, R&B, gangster rap, YECH. It's all disgraceful. |

These guys are awesome. Plain and simple.
To some, this song would sound like just an insanely cool song that isn't aimed for anything, but I see a purpose in it.
It seems like it's about the apocalypse, Wykydtron being the apocalypse. Looking at it at indirectly, Wykydtron could just be all the bad deeds that humans have created, and soon they just all add up, and God says "Alright, time to whipe out human kind, they've gone nuts". And then the apocalypse (Wykydtron) whipes us all out.
The chorus is ultimate headbanging material as well. |

I absolutely love this song. The beginning "1...2...1,2,1,2,3,4!!!" is a flat-out awesome way to start extreme anger songs such as this. The first 4 lines are just plain awesome, I'm having a hard time explaining why I like them so much. The blind fury that follows throughout most of the song is just amazing. I can just FEEL the hate, although the singer's voice (whoever that may be) seems a little too high. When he says "NOTHING EVER GOES MY WAY NEVER, EVER EVER EVER" is so simple yet so meaningful to me. Life tends to sink it's teeth into my brain as well. The only parts I don't enjoy is the "It's killing meee!!". It seems very out of place. The chorus also seems a little odd as well. The soft verse that appears after the second chorus doesn't fit with the song either.
To me, the song is about some person having to deal with this pathetic idiot who is sort of depressed, but she doesn't want help. The he has had a LOT more shit in his life and trying his best to deal with it, but the woman is doing her best to be a pain in the ass, and he knows she can just take a pill and shut up, but she refuses because she thinks drugs don't help. I'm talking from experience. I'm that man. And she's that woman. That's just how I view it, but I personally think this song can have A MILLION different meanings. |
