I think the song is talking about near death expieriences and death.. Just how if your loved one is dieing and your holding there hand praying they'll live and you want to expierience there pain and follow them into the dark, coz when your with someone who is about to die you think of death as a bad thing so you dont see the light or gates you just wanna be with the person. Illuminating the no's could mean they survive it and its not their time to die. The part about catholic school could mean that they are picturing death as a good thing and you dont see it as a good thing when people you love are dieing.. Ive cried alot to this song since I lost my sister last year it was really hard. |
