no comments on this song?! wow...whats wrong with you people?! jk...but this is an awesome song, this one and overrated are definitely my favorites off the new album, and im not even that much of a ltj fan. i think it means basically just what it says, its not that hard to just fall apart, give up. things get tough and you can give up, but hes trying his hardest to not give up and fall apart. |

wow not that many comments on this song. i heard it last december or so, and i really liked it. It kind of reminds me of songs by the bloodhound gang, just funny songs that you dont really think about that much.
is it just me or is it kinda weird that these white people are rapping? still good though.... |

wow i cant believe that theres only 2 pages worth of comments on this song. its so good, i love it. i agree with everyone else in saying its an obvious meaning, an abusive person, boyfriend, and the story of this girls experience with being abused. great song, also i heard that the red jumpsuit apparatus are abuse activists, i guess thats what you call it. like less than jake are activists against smoking (hence the song best wishes to your black lung.) yeah anyone this song is awesome, i love it |

alright so i know some theories are saying that its about them before they were done singing, before they sold out, like the last salute before we sink, before we're done. forever. BUT, considering i didnt discover them till like a year ago, and i cant even tell you anyones name in the band, i obviously dont know that much about them and whether or not this was their last song being true to their fans. All i know is that this is an awesome song, and i dont really know how to interpret it.
p.s.- sorry to you guys that come here just to read about these songs to understand what they mean, (like i always do) cause my comment didnt really help you at all, and i hate reading comments like that that say oh this is a great song or it sucks, i mean duh i already know that! tell me what it means! |

Ok I don't know if anyone else had this theory or I'm just totally off, but I thought that when they say "if I go crazy will you still call me Superman," they meant if I'm crazy and think I'm Superman will you care enough to play along. Just a theory, oh and I definitely agree with the whole Superman-Kryptonite-weakness thing, and I never thought of the drug reference but I guess it makes sense. But maybe this song is just about someone having a friend care about them enough even through hard times, not drugs. |
