| Bon Jovi – Livin' On A Prayer Lyrics | 18 years ago |

This song is dedicated to my special lady, who wore her Bon Jovi t-shirt with the livin' on a prayer lyrics today. Man she looks hot in that shirt! You're my Gina, baby. Take my hand and we'll make it I swear! |

| One of my favorite songs too. I want to go to the Cafe Zinho. A web search returns an art gallery for that name in SC. Nothing for the Cafe Purgalacy, matthere, why do you say it's that? | |
| Bush – Machinehead Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
After reading all of the above and listening to the song a few times, I think it's a combination of previous postings. First of all, the comment about a machinehead being a piece of equipment on top of an amp makes sense, "green to red" and all. Also, there appears to be an internal struggle going on between his ego and his desire to keep it real. I think that the machinehead, the equipment that he watches while fans are pouring "electric light" on him, is fueling his egocentric rock star frenzy, but he is realizing that it is artificial and he is trying to "walk from his machine" and come back to reality. Or the Darth Vader thing sounds good too. BTW, does anyone know what he whispers in the middle of the song? |
