This song is inspirational, because here is this person who thinks the "curtains are closing on [them]" and yet they still wake up smiling, wanting to move on because "this could be [their] last chance of saving [their] innocence". Yet, what Pyramusthis says is accurate, because the person says, "So what? I feel fine," yet it seems like a false way of giving oneself hope and trying to convince oneself that they are, indeed, fine. It is indeed a contradiction in itself, yet the way that the song sounds blindly to the ear is absolutely inspirational. |
