Ok.... just to clear a few things up. the song is kind of an amalgamation of the two storys, but its if prince charming didnt make it. thats why its titled better luck next time prince charming. secondly and most importantly, Alesana writes solely based on the concept of what they are aiming for. No double meanings. However, they absolutely love the fact that people take their own interpretation to the song which is the main goal. So to make it easy, they write about a story, but are glad people take what they need/want out of the song for themselves. cant wait to tour with them again in the fall... |

for the dude that mentioned my apacolypse, that wasnt even technically a etf song. musically was written by a last farewell, then omar took it to etf when he joined, and there old singer wrote new lyrics but kept music. |

Ok, lets square a few things up here. The song is about Leila Rose Craig's daughter. The song is named after John Feldman's daughter Ashley. Mainly because it is the most common female name. or one of the most common. The new album and direction is far better than anywhere ronnie could have taken them. They did a headlining tour just recently and were playing fafr bigger venue then ronnie could ever draw.

YEah, I saw them at TOc in 05 warped in 05 and this passed march at The Pound in SF. Such an amazing song each time it is played. At the end they play/sing the chorus to the Mr. Mister song Broken wings. it is actually Fuckin amazing! |
