I think this might be about Jeffery Dahmer, who kept the dead bodies, and the skulls, which he painted grey so if they were found, he could say they were just replicas. not sure on the time diffrences between the songs, the song might be pre jeffery dahmer, i dont know. It is deffinatly not about Ed Gein though, because he hardly killed anyone, atleast not much. he was a grave robber, and played with much more than skulls, he did a lot more with female genitalia than anything. and nver hung anyhting on his wall, it was all in his basement and such, on desks.

I can deffinatly see where people could guess heroin, but i strongly disagree, I believe this song is about a guy in a relationship, she girl breaks up with him, but he cant let go. He is "addicted" to her, and by the sounds of the last line, "you've broken me for too long now" He finally decides to get over it. But thats just my opinion.
