Especially the emo-haters, because they "hate" and hate is an emotion. Get a dictionary. BACK ON TOPIC. This song is about Vegas, or places like it. People think they can get away with anything, cheating on their spouses or using all their money to gamble. What happens in Vegas DOES NOT stay in Vegas, and if you don't believe me, use all your money gambling and when you go home you'll be influenced. People who go to Vegas do turn into animals, "beasts". They get drunk, talk dirty, loose money, and think they're mortal. That's what this song is about. |

| Actually, I heard this song was about Matt's mom, because she was always there for him and took good care of him, but it could be about Val... who knows. All I know is I love this song and how soft and gentle Matt sings it, and that this band is incredibly talented and anyone who disagrees is... wierd. | |
