I agree with daylove. it's pretty much about a guy who's always thought he was 'better' than the girl. "What an unlovely way To say you care" how can he really care & love for her if he's always in this frame of mind. & now it's gotten so deep in, that even though she loves him, there's no way she can 'save' the relationship anymore because it's hurting her so much, so she chooses to leave because at this point goodbye seems the better option. nobody wins - she's lost something she loves, and he's lost what could have been something great because of the way he's been |
