Come on, its simple. 33 x Viginti Tres = 9966 seconds. all other tracks are 10057 - thats according to my Windows media player, timings could be wrong, i've seen them fluctuate. Its a cool idea, dont know if there is any meaning though. I still think that certain tracks on Lateralus cannot be separated. 10,11,12 are one big track split in three. So are 6,7 ; 2 and 3 ; i think it would be hard to make this whole thing flow as a mellody by splitting these tracks. |

i seriously doubt that this song is all about celebrities, I dont think that this album has anything to do with celebs in general, this album is most polictical that Manson ever made. This song is about us - people of this country that dont realize that US is on the decline. Our two paries are fucked. The election day is what we are waiting for to see the change, but the change never comes. Its about our spoonfed immediate gratification that we get looking at these fucked up celebrities. Instead of taking hold of our lifes, we live it vicariously through the acting of these scarred individuals that really dont like each other. |

Actually this part is not correct: Jimi Hendrix was a nigger. Jesus Christ and grandma, too. Brian Warner (what a nigger!) should be: Jimi Hendrix was a nigger. Jesus Christ and GRANDPA, too. Brian Warner was a nigger! the reasoning is that his grandpa was a family outcast, its in his book, and he does mention him quet often in his other songs. As a description for Brian Warner in past tense, well Brian Warner is dead as far as MM is concerned. I think that 'what a nigger!' is a legitimate line, but I like former better. |

Have anyone tried to reverse the order of pt1 and pt2? The transition is perfect, xcept that part1 speeds up a bit.. It also does makes sense that pat1 ends with "Alright, now it's time for us to let you go" I believe that the order should be reversed for these two tracks... Also, chronologically 10000 days being her 27yrs of suffering, then death, and then wings as she become an angel. Alive person cannot be sainted. |
