Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Hmm, I think this song is about podcasting. Not sure, though. |

| The Click Five – Say Goodnight Lyrics | 19 years ago |

I agree with DoubtFull. I was going to go through and be very specific about it, but one; I'm not in the mood, and two; they pretty much explained it, DoubtFull did. This song makes me very emotional, and it's my favorite song on Greetings From Imrie House. |

| OK Go – Here It Goes Again Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| This song is so catchy it's not even funny. =) | |
| Carrie Underwood – Starts with Goodbye Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
I actually think that at the beginning, the narrator is talking about a call from a doctor saying that she's pregnant or has a disease. She doesn't want to hurt her boyfriend (or, because of being pregnant, has the fear that he'll leave her), so she leaves him first. ...Yeah. That's all I have to comment on. =] It's a good song, though, which I have fallen in love with. |

| Arctic Monkeys – A Certain Romance Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| I don't have an interpretation, but I'd just like to say that I find the Arctic Monkeys absolutely brilliant. They are in my top five favorite bands. They are definitely going to make it big here (United States)! =] | |
| Pink – Who Knew Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
I have always liked Pink, and this song just highers my respect for her. She isn't afraid to sing about what she feels which is why she has such a huge fanbase. This song just really makes me (and prolly a lot of people) want to cry their eyes out. Personally, I view this song as being more about a romantic relationship than a platonic one, but you can't argue with the person who wrote it, haha. It just seems like something a person would say about someone that they love romantically. "You said forever" sounds like something that a boy/girl would say to their lover or something. Even though I view this as romantic song, I also see how it could be a song about a friend. Bravo, Pink. =) |

| Natasha Bedingfield – I Bruise Easily Lyrics | 19 years ago |

It's obvious what this song means. Anyone that you let into your life can either leave a mark on you (mentally or possibly physically) in a good or bad way ("anyone who can touch you can hurt you or heal you; anyone who can reach you can love you or leave you"). This is one of my favorite songs from her album. |

| Aly & AJ – Out of the Blue Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
This song is sad, and even though it's obvious, I'm going to say what I think it means. A girl (or even a boy) likes this boy, and he, I'm guessing, feels the same way. They were together until people told the boy that they weren't meant to be together, that she was wrong for him. After the boy hears this, he suddenly breaks it off with the girl and pushes her away. She wants him back, obviously, but he just keeps distancing himself from her. The message that I think this song is trying to give out is to love who you WANT to love, not who people think you should. Which is, of course, true in every way. =) |

| Aly & AJ – On The Ride Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| This song is amazing. It's focusing more on the upside of life/relationships instead of the downside, which is what everyone should do. =] | |
| Aly & AJ – Something More Lyrics | 19 years ago |

I am first comment? Yay, haha. This song reminds me a lot about what I'm going through right now. Aly & AJ are probably two of my favorite artists right now. Keep writing, girls! |

| Taking Back Sunday – MakeDamnSure Lyrics | 19 years ago |

Well, I'm new, so I'm afraid that I kind of might not get this right, or fit in. But this is one of my favorite songs as of late, and I decided to take a stab at what it might mean. There's a boy who likes a girl (I'm so descriptive, aren't I? rofl). The girl, however, is startled by the thought that he likes her ("You start shaking at the thought, you are everything I want"), and won't have him. The think that, in the second verse, the reason why he bought a "hangover kit" is because he realized that she wouldn't have anything to do with him -- romantically -- and went out to get drunk. As for the scissor and the red and such, I'm guessing that perhaps him or the girl "cut" themselves. As for the constant replay of "we lay together, just not too, too close is close enough", it might suggest that maybe they had been together, but perhaps the girl broke it off? I don't know. "I'm gonna make damn sure that you won't ever leave. No you won't ever get too far from me, you won't ever get too far..." Reminds me somewhat of a stalker, rofl. Buttt, I think that perhaps the boy still remembers her, and always will. It's like he won't let himself forget her. Yeah, that sucked. But I'm not deleting it because it took me a long time. DEAL WITH IT. ;] |
