Sanzen- In Buddhist philosophy sanzen signifies the varying aspects and phases that life assumes. Zanzen as it is also spelled, is a sitting practice that allows time for quiet contemplation on the wonders of god and nature before the inevitable return to consciousness. The lyrics: I can’t even concentrate on this. These refer to the need to meditate. Many people believe that meditation, though beneficial to your overall health, can help induce episodes of Sleep Paralysis, along with stress, lack of sleep, fatigue, and agony. It's not surprising to see this list, for the lyrics; "Hold on, hold on, we’ll be with you soon, we’ll be with you soon...Longing for what has been lost, and longing for what hasn’t been obtained, it’s a small cost, forgot the past, lost the future, only now remains…" seem to point to "a great loss", which according to these reports can cause one to "hallucinate" or have episodes of "Sleep Paralysis". |
